The Boy Who Cried Wolf

In a small village, there was a shepherd boy who loved to tell lies. One day, while watching over his sheep, the boy decided to play trick. He shouted, “Wolf! A wolf is here!”

The villagers nearby heard his cries and rushed to help him. But when they arrived, they found no wolf at all. Instead, they saw the boy laughing at them.

The next day, he played the same trick again. The villagers ran to help, only to feel disappointed once more when there was no wolf.

On the third day, a real wolf came and started attacking the boy’s sheep. Frightened, the boy cried out for help. “Wolf! Please, help me!” he yelled.

But this time, the villagers thought he was joking and didn’t come to his rescue. That day, the wolf ate several of his sheep, and the boy learned a hard lesson about telling the truth.

Cậu bé chăn cừu

Khu làng nọ, có một cậu bé chăn cừu thích nói dối. Một ngày nọ, khi đang trông coi đàn cừu, cậu bé quyết định chơi một trò lừa và kêu lên “Sói! Chó sói!”. Những người dân xung quanh nghe thấy vội chạy đến giúp anh. Nhưng họ thất vọng khi thấy không có con sói nào, còn cậu bé đang cười nhạo họ. Ngày hôm sau, anh ta lại làm vậy và mọi người đổ xô đến giúp đỡ anh ta, chỉ để rồi một lần nữa lại thất vọng. Vào ngày thứ ba, cậu bé nhìn thấy một con sói đang ăn thịt một con cừu của mình và cậu kêu cứu. Những người dân nghe thấy, cho rằng đây chỉ là một trò đùa của cậu bé nên không ai đến giúp anh ta. Hôm đó, cậu bé bị sói ăn mất một số con cừu.
